These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WZ Ordinary Ventures website, Ordinary Space, and our related products and services ("Services").
By accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement where you live.
If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for:
- Your Mac, files, applications, and backups
- Keeping license keys and credentials secure
- Any settings or commands you configure
- Third-party integrations you install or authorize
You must not misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
3. Ordinary Space
Ordinary Space is a macOS window-management application. It may require macOS permissions that allow it to observe, move, resize, arrange, or focus windows.
By granting those permissions, you authorize the app to perform the window-management actions you request or configure.
Ordinary Space may not work with every application, window, Mac, display arrangement, or version of macOS. Operating-system updates or changes to third-party software may affect its operation.
You should save your work and maintain appropriate backups. Ordinary Space is not intended for safety-critical use or situations where a window-management or focus error could cause injury, physical damage, or a serious security incident.
4. Trials
We may offer a free trial for evaluation purposes.
Trials may be limited by person, device, network, or other reasonable criteria. You must not attempt to evade trial limits or create repeated trials through false or altered information.
We may change or discontinue future trial offers at any time.
5. Software License
When you purchase Ordinary Space, you receive a license to use the software. You do not acquire ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
Unless the purchase offer states otherwise, each license:
- Is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable
- May be actively used on one Mac at a time
- May be moved between Macs you own or control by deactivating the previous Mac
- May be used for personal purposes or internal business purposes
You may not sell, share, sublicense, rent, or transfer a license key to another person or organization without our permission.
6. Updates and Perpetual Use
A paid license permits continued use of the software releases covered by the offer you purchased.
An offer may include:
- Updates released during a fixed coverage period; or
- Updates released during the commercial life of the product without a fixed coverage end date
A covered release may continue to be used after its update-coverage period ends. Update coverage does not guarantee that any particular feature, number of updates, or release schedule will be provided.
"Lifetime updates" refers to the commercial life of the product under WZ Ordinary Ventures. It does not guarantee that the product or its online services will continue indefinitely.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or future releases. Compatibility with future versions of macOS is not guaranteed.
7. Purchases and Payments
Prices and the scope of each offer will be displayed before purchase.
Payments are handled by a third-party checkout and payment provider. Its terms and privacy policy also apply to your transaction.
You are responsible for applicable taxes or charges not collected during checkout.
Refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. A refunded, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid purchase may result in the related license being revoked.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Restrictions
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not:
- Copy or distribute the software except as necessary for permitted use
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially host the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code
- Remove copyright, licensing, or security notices
- Bypass trials, licensing, activation limits, signatures, or access controls
- Use another person's license key or share your own
- Use the Services to violate any law or another person's rights
- Introduce malware or interfere with the Services
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, content-delivery networks, integrations, or operating-system features.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or conduct. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Apple and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. WZ Ordinary Ventures is independent of Apple and is not endorsed by Apple.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, website, designs, branding, documentation, and related intellectual-property rights belong to WZ Ordinary Ventures or its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
11. Support

Unless otherwise agreed, support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without a guaranteed response time or service level.
If you send diagnostic information, you authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to investigate your request and improve or secure the Services.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access or licensing if you:
- Materially breach these Terms
- Misuse the Services
- Evade licensing or trial restrictions
- Use a fraudulent, refunded, revoked, or unauthorized purchase or key
- Create a legal or security risk
Upon termination, you must stop using any software that is no longer validly licensed.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that the Services will:
- Always be available or error-free
- Work with every Mac, application, window, or macOS version
- Preserve or restore every window position or focus state
- Continue offering every feature or integration
- Meet every particular requirement
Applicable consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WZ Ordinary Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or opportunity.
Our total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not ordinarily reduce the scope of a license already purchased.
17. General Terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any offer-specific terms shown at checkout, form the agreement between you and WZ Ordinary Ventures concerning the Services.
